Returns and Exchanges for "Wallpapers" and "Canvas"

If the wallpapers or canvas exhibit a defect, such as print defects (stripes, stains not present in the selected design when ordering), a different image, or texture, please contact us, and we will facilitate an exchange of the product.

In the event of packaging damage during delivery or upon receipt, please promptly create an incident report with the carrier company employee. Indicate "packaging damage" as the reason for refusal to receive the goods. No shipping fee will be required.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Processed

We do our best to ensure that the color of the product matches the color depicted on our website as closely as possible. However, there may still be minor color discrepancies. Claims regarding color mismatch of the final product will not be accepted. If packaging or the product itself was damaged, and an incident report was not created at the carrier's facility (if damage is present, create a report and do not accept the goods). Products with evidence of usage, particularly photo wallpapers that exhibit scratches, tears, abrasions, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that our company is not liable for the work of third-party entities, such as installers, decorators, or wallpaper applicators.
